Shipping And Returns

SHIPPING TERMS:

Israel

Standard shipping fee: 30 NIS 

Standard delivery within Israel takes 2-5 business days. Once your order has been processed, our courier service will contact you directly for the delivery arrangement. 

International

DHL International Express: 85 NIS / $30 / €25

DHL Express usually takes between 2-5 business days once the order has been processed and picked up. You will be given a tracking number for the shipment.

* Please note we are not responsible for any mail delays that may arise. International deliveries may be subject to additional handling charges. Taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and are calculated and charged when your package reaches its destination country. Please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied to your delivery.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

Israel

We want you to love your Line 9 piece! If you are unhappy with it for any reason, we do accept returns up to 14 days after you receive the product. All articles of clothing must be in original packaging, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received them in. If you would like to proceed with a return, please email us at shalom@theline9.com or call us at 054.940.5933.

* Please note that any original shipping fees are nonrefundable. It is up to the customer to ship back any returned items at their own expense. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our Return Policy requirements.

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.

International

Unfortunately we do not offer returns after International Shipments. These orders are FINAL SALE. Prior to checking out, please double check your order thoroughly.
